Not only do we cater to all genders, we also cater to all skin types. With every product we sell, we anticipate positive results.

Meet our CEO
Hi! I'm Stephnie Green, the founder and CEO for the brand we all know and love so much. Lip Locked has been my brainchild for quite some time before I officially launched in 2020. As a diagnosed atopic eczema patient paired with my obsession for lip gloss, I couldn't not create a line that curbs the two factors simultaneously.
The pandemic gave me the time to invest in honing my craft and finalizing my products for sale. To date, I'm always brainstorming ideas and learning, therefore, Lip Locked will always be evolving and expanding.
Our CSR
Lip Locked will be using profits from sales to donate to a home and/or to contribute to feeding the homeless in selected communities annually. For the long term, we will be venturing into small scholarships for our loyal customers or their beneficiaries.
Policies
Order and Delivery
All orders must be placed by or before 9PM on Thursday of each week to facilitate deliveries on the following Friday and/or Saturday. Failure to do so will result in packages not being delivered until the next Friday/Saturday. No order will be held unless payment is made for same.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, it MUST be confirmed 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We prohibit same day cancellation.

Payment
Receipts for all payment transactions MUST be provided up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Receipts for bank transfers coming from a non-corresponding bank MUST be provided 3-4 business days before the scheduled delivery date.

Refills
Lip Locked supports recycling, therefore, all containers with the exception of lip balms and lip oils can be refilled once finished. Containers for refilling will be collected on one of the scheduled delivery days of your choosing for free or it can be sent via zipmail. The redelivery of your item however will attract the standard delivery fee for the option you select.
Brand Ambassadorship
In order to qualify to become a brand ambassador for Lip Locked, you should:

Have an active Instagram and/or Twitter account with a following of 3,000 persons or more.

Have proof that you've purchased one of our products prior to signing up.

Have good social media presence.

Possess the ability to create eye-catching, quality videos for promotion.

As an ambassador you will be required to:

Review our products on your social media platform(s) and tag/mention our respective pages.

Promote our brand in a positive manner.

Encourage sales from current and prospective customers.

Why should you become one?
As a brand ambassador for Lip Locked, you will receive free samples from each collection or each line before they are officially launched. You will also be entitled to a 10% discount off every purchase that you make. Alongside that, each ambassador will be assigned a code which can be used for referrals and those who purchase with the code will also receive a 10% discount off their order. Ambassadors will receive 1 point for every order with their code and 2 points for every order over $2,000 with their code; once you've reached 40 points, you will be rewarded a Lip Care Kit of your choice.

Disclaimer: If it is found that as an ambassador you aren't executing the requirements as outlined previously, you will no longer receive benefits and therefore your status will be terminated.
